What is it?

The Sanremo YOU is an Italian-built and commercially certified dual-boiler espresso machine with a gear pump allowing direct control over pressure profiling. The YOU’s complete functionality can be used with the machine plumbed into a water source or operated on the large 2L reservoir. While you can use the machine manually, the YOU has six pre-programmed shot profiles with an additional 16 profiles that can be programmed and saved on the machine’s integrated touch screen.

The steaming experience is exceptional, allowing you to craft café style drinks with perfect latte art with a long and articulating cool-touch steam wand.
